Ordering & Fulfilment Process
Once you place an order for HassleFreeFi, you’ll receive a secure link to submit your venue’s WiFi details (SSID, password, etc.).
Once we receive your details:
- Within 72 hours, we’ll produce and dispatch one fully configured device for your venue.
- This device is sent for testing purposes to ensure it works perfectly in your environment.
Test it at your venue and confirm everything works as expected. This ensures a smooth experience for your guests and helps us validate compatibility.
Once you approve the test device:
- We’ll proceed to produce the remaining units (if you ordered more than 2 devices).
- Production and dispatch will be completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on order volume.
- You’ll receive an estimated delivery date after your final approval.
For orders of 1 or 2 devices, there is no testing phase. Your fully configured units will be dispatched directly after production.
Once the order has been delivered and we have received a confirmation, your WiFi details are deleted from our system permanently.
Important Notice on WiFi Details
Each HassleFreeFi device is custom-configured for the WiFi details you provide.
If you change your WiFi name (SSID) or password, the device will no longer work.
If you anticipate changing your WiFi setup soon, we recommend you inform us to holding off production until those changes are finalised.
Refund Policy
It depends on your order status and circumstances:
If your order is more than 2 devices:
- Once you’ve approved the test device and we begin producing the rest, no refunds are possible.
If your order is for 1 or 2 devices:
- Refunds are only issued if the device does not work due to an error on our side.
- If incorrect WiFi details were submitted and confirmed by you, no refund will be provided.
Please double-check your WiFi information before submitting. If a mistake is made in the submitted details and you confirm them, we cannot offer a refund, as each device is configured specifically to your network.
Setup & Compatibility
Yes—HassleFreeFi works with most standard routers. As long as your WiFi is active and the details you submit are correct, setup is seamless.
There’s no setup needed on your side. Your device arrives fully configured and ready to use—just place it in the table (visible spot) for your guests.
